Welcome to Koumbaris Fish Restaurant

Loizos Koumparis brings along with his tastes … a great story!
He begins his career in 1970 at the restaurant “Stathmos Skarinou”, at the village of Skarinou in the district of Larnaca, holding this job until 1973. He later moves to his hometown, Famagusta, where he sets up his own restaurant, under the name “Village”. Following the Turkish invasion in 1974, he moves to Zygi in the province of Larnaca, and in 1975 he operates the first fish tavern in Zygi under the name “Apovathra”.
Between 1978 and 1980 he finds himself in Limassol, at the restaurant “St. Chrysa” in the tourist area of the city. In 1981 he returns to Zygi, to the fish tavern “Zygiana”, where he stays until June 1997.
Finally, from July 1997 to this day, he sets up and operates his own fish tavern under the name “Loizos Koumparis”, together with his family and more specifically his grandson, Loizos Koumparis, who was named after him.
Throughout the years and for nearly half a century now, Loizos Koumparis, has been known for serving thousands of people, groups of friends and families with the same impeccable service, love, quality and dedication, providing fresh fish in big quantities, using only the best ingredients!
